Your Meal Mobile is supplied ready to go.
However, please first:
A) Inspect your Meal Mobile
Visually check that there is no damage to
any part of the feeder – check the trailer,
the troughs, the tyres. Contact your Stallion
Plastics retailer or distributor if you discover
any damage.
B) Check tyre pressure
Tyre pressure should be 22 psi.
Note: the standardwheels and tyres your
feeder is suppliedwith are not designed for
speeds above 20km/h.
C) Attaching feeder to your vehicle
Important:
Make sure youdo not exceed
your vehicle’s towing capacity. Allow for
theweight of both the feeder
and
the feed.
Remove locking pin on trailer frame to lower
drawbar down to your vehicle’s towbar. Latch
towbar in place.
D) Loading Feed
Load feed either by hand, by front end loader
or fill froma grain silo.
E) Feed Site
1) Park on as level ground as possible.
2) Raise drawbar to upright position
and securewith locking pin
to engage park brake.
F) Cleaning
Simply hose out theMeal Mobile. Drain the
trough by unplugging drain plug at the base
of the trough. The 4mMeal Mobile has twin
troughs, the 6mhas triple troughs . Each
trough has its own drain plug.
G) Maintaining and Storing your Meal
Mobile
1) EnsureMeal Mobile is clean.
2) Check for any ‘play’ in trailer wheels. If
play is excessive, wheel bearingsmay
need replacing.
3) Store under cover.
