A) Cold water rinsing
Performafter eachuse.
1) Ensure:
- drain valve at the base of the tank isOFF.

- mixer valve and pump inlet valve areON.

- distribution valve isOFF.

iii) If more distribution pressure is required,
turnmixer valve toOFF.
iv) When finished dispensing
milk, turn off the pump.
MTF ONLY:
Using the manifold
i) Check to ensure:
- drain andmixer valves areOFF.
- distribution valve isON.
ii) Turnmanifold valvesON.
iii) While feeding out, check the floating level
indicator tomonitor the volume of milk
being distributed.
iv) Turn the distribution valvesOFF when the
required level is reached.
Whether using the dispensing nozzle or
manifold, be alert when the level of milk/feed
is getting low in the tank. You need to turn off
the pump before all milk/feed is drained in
order to prevent airlock occurring in the pump.

your Hondamotor

thorough cleaningwill help ensure the long
life of your feeder. Rinse feeder with coldwater
after every use andwash at least once aweek
withwarmsoapywater.
